Tuna bite was on fire
The tuna bite was on fire this week. We had one boat out on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
They were fishing near by the Island of Ladrones with no other boat in sight.There were lots of birds, dolphins and bait working the area which is always a spectacular sight! Each time the lines hit the water with live bait there was a double strike making for non-stop action. Each day 20 – 25 Yellow Fin Tuna’s from 45 – 60 lbs. were brought in with a mix of mahi’s.
The best part was they were back at the lodge swinging in there hammocks having cocktails by 1:30pm!!!!
