Merry Christmas from Hooked on Panama Lodge!

Colton McCulloch brought down the Texas boys last week, Clay McCulloch, Leon Kimich and Justin Boenigk. They were fishing with Captain Chaka and his mate Jacinto. Colton won the bidding on this trip from one of the Coastal Conservation Association auctions, that we donate to multiple chapters.

It was another successful trip.  Released two marlin and lost a couple more, several roosters which at one point they had three on at once, lots of snappers and only a couple of dorado, but they weren’t spending to much time targeting them. Only one sailfish this trip. It was a good run for just 2 1/2 days of fishing. That half day wasn’t intentional though, they missed the connection when they arrived in Panama City, but did mange to get here mid day the next day.

These guys were a whole lot of fun and managed to keep Ricardo, the bartender, up really late for two of the 4 nights they were here.

Had another couple here at the same time, so will have more info coming out soon.  Plus have new groups arriving this weekend and the whole fleet will be fishing during the holidays.
