The lodge is located on the beach in Punta Burica, about 17 kilometers south of the town of Puerto Armuelles, Latitude 8. 06. 895 NORTH, Longitude 82. 52. 036 WEST. The area boasts a wealth of wildlife including howler monkeys and a wide variety of tropical birds.

This Pacific beach extends for 7 miles plus 2 miles of surfing beaches by the point. The ocean offers a bounty of fish, whales and other marine life. Punta Burica is predominantly undeveloped and is biologically diverse. However, there is a new road, electricity, and water which affords the residents an acceptable standard of living.

Reaching Punta Burica is easy. The closest main city of David and it's airport are only about a 2 hour ride away. There is also an excellent airstrip 30 min. away in the town of Puerto Armuelles for possible charter flights from David or Panama City.
